The rates are as follows:

WITHIN CANADA (ALL shipping options within Canada are tracked)

  • Regular Parcel: $9.00 CAD (approx. $7.20 USD, £5.52, €6.64, international exchange rate fluctuates)
  • Expedited Parcel: $15.00 CAD (approx. $12.00 USD, £9.19, €11.07, international exchange rate fluctuates)

INTERNATIONAL

  • Untracked Shipping: $9.00 CAD (approx. $7.20 USD, £5.52, €6.64, international exchange rate fluctuates)
  • Tracked Shipping: $15.00 CAD (approx. $12.00 USD, £9.19, €11.07, international exchange rate fluctuates)

Shipping time frames given at checkout are an estimation, and delays can occur due to any number of circumstances. Once the package is on it's way to it's destination, it is in the hands of the postal service.

On customs forms, the accurate value of your purchases must be declared by law.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Angel de Lys Studio is proud to ship internationally!

Q: Even to the United Kingdom?
A: Yes! Angel de Lys Studio is proud to be registered with UK VAT. You will be charged the 20% VAT tax at checkout if you are located in the UK.

Q: How about the European Union?
A: Yes! If you are an EU customer, feel free to shop at Angel de Lys Studio. What will happen according to VAT regulations is that your country may charge you for VAT tax upon reception of your package.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100 CAD
When your cart reaches a value of $100 CAD or more, you will have the option to select FREE shipping during the shipping options section of your checkout process. This applies to ALL orders, no matter where in the world you are!

There is a bar displayed at the top of the store which tracks in realtime how close you are to your free shipping goal as you add items to your cart!

Pin Grading

Enamel pin manufacturing is a hand-made process, and due to the nature of their production, can have small flaws and minor differences from one pin to the next.

Pins are graded according to their level of imperfections as either standard grade or seconds grade.

Standard grade pins have minor to no visible flaws. These pins are the best in the batch, any flaws are minimal and do not affect the overall look of the pin.

Seconds grade pins have some more visible flaws and imperfections. They may have scratches, under-filled enamel, visibly misaligned screen printing, and/or other more obvious flaws. These pins are sold at a lower price in order to reflect those flaws. Seconds grade pins still come with a backing card, but will have a small circular dot sticker on the backside of the card indicating it as a seconds grade.
